Designed in compliance with the Standard quality Producer, the dryer has a Trippl walled cabinet both side and Back, Bottom and Door is Double Walled. High Quality Miner wool Insulation is filled to avoid heat Loss. Working Chamber and Outer body is made by choice of customer, Trays are also available in Mild Steel /Alumuminum, and Stainless Steel, Movable Trolley can be also supplied with equipment’s on demand of customer

• Single Door / Double Door with Gasket (Gasket i.e Woolen Felt/Asbestos Rope/Silicon Rope)
• Stainless steel/Aluminum /Mild Steel trays are placed on the movable trolleys
• One /Both Side Bothe Side Dynamically balanced axial flow type blower fans are provided for uniform air circulation in the drying chamber during process
• Digital temperature controller cum indicator( Double Display Auto Tune System)
• Standard & GMP models available with SS 304/ SS 316/ MS internals & externals
• Stainless steel tray in SS 304/ SS 316 quality
• All stainless steel 304 / 316/ 316L construction for pharmaceutical applications or external mild steel with SS internal contact parts
