The High-Speed Linear Bottle Washing Machine is the best for round bottles and used in PHARMA FOOD & BEVERAGES INDUSTRIES. A feed conveyor or bottles are pushed manually from the feeding table to charge the bottles automatically to the SS mesh conveyor. This saves work, as bottles are automatically fed into pockets. The automated discharge mechanism is that the bottle is loaded onto the turntable (Optional).

High-speed, straight bottle washer is suitable for round bottles and is widely utilised in PHARMA, FOOD & BEVERAGES INDUSTRIES. Automatic loading arrangements for bottles on the SS wire mesh conveyor are carried manually by the feed conveyor or bottles from the feed table. This saves work since bottles are automatically fed into pockets. The automated discharge mechanism comprises of emptying the bottle to the table (Optional).

Three-cycle rinsing offers flexibility for different wash cycles like fresh water, dematerialized water, etc., depending on the bottle rinsing demand. All pumps consist of SS, and all contact components are constructed of SS 316 with a strong foundation of MS construction.

In the tunnel design, isolation between the feeding area and the release area of cleaned containers is maintained. All mechanical drives are segregated from the washing area and isolated. Only approved materials, together with a careful choice of components, are utilised to take account of all elements of sanitation and the consequences of meeting G.M.P. pharmaceutical standards.

The quality of the rinsing process is assured by 3 internal bowls and 2 external bowl sets, precisely positioned in order to guide the jet towards the centre of the bottle.
