Engine Oil Filling Machine

Machine Operation

Conveyor move containers to the filling nozzles, where they are halted by a dual pneumatically driven stopper system that may be adjusted to the container size. If you want to avoid liquid leakage, use the dual pneumatically driven stopper system with reciprocating jets. Filling nozzle moves gently from bottom of bottle to neck to reduce froth. Under each syringe is a hexagonal bolt that holds the dosage block in place. As a result, the fill size may be readily adjusted.
